What are the shipping methods offered?


At Super Briques, you have the choice! From the relay point to home delivery and Express delivery, we give you the freedom to choose the way to send your order that best suits your budget and needs.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?


It all depends on the shipping method chosen. For a classic home delivery, allow 2 to 4 working days. For delivery to a relay point, from 2 to 6 working days. For express delivery, from 24 to 48 hours. As we work on real stock, we ship our orders every day, from Monday to Friday. Promised, she won't hang out in a corner of our warehouse for more than 24 hours!

Can I track the status of my order?


Of course! To do this, it's very simple, take two yellow bricks, a minifigure head, make the square root at all by adding a coefficient of 17.8 and voila! Otherwise more seriously, you can go directly to the "History of your orders" section of your customer account and you will have all the tracking information in one click in the "state" column.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?


No, we offer a validation process in "guest" mode. However, to benefit from more options (order tracking, purchase history and loyalty program...), we still advise you to take a few minutes to do so. At Super Briques you have the guarantee that your data will not be disseminated to third parties and will be kept securely.

How can I pay for my purchases?

We offer several payment methods to pay for your purchases on the Super Briques website: CB, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal or Bank Transfer (SEPA). All these payment methods are secured by our partner Paypal, which is recognized worldwide for the security of its transactions.

Is my payment properly secure?


Yes. Our online store accepts payments via the Paypal interface (CB and Paypal accounts). This online payment method is recognized for its reliability and security. In addition, we do not have access to any of your payment data. At Super Briques, you can pay for your purchases with peace of mind.

How do I cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 15 days of receiving your package. If your order has not yet been shipped, it is of course also possible. To do this, contact us (by email or phone) and we will refund you in full within 48 hours (after receipt of your unopened items and in their original condition, if applicable).

Do you only offer LEGO®?


Yes! We only sell LEGO® brand items, new, in their original packaging. Under no circumstances will you be offered used, damaged or counterfeit items. We also do not sell third-party items compatible with our LEGO®.

How are the figurines and spare parts you offer delivered?


All our figurines and spare parts are new and delivered in a transparent, sealed ZIP bag. For figurines, depending on the type, it is clearly mentioned in the article sheet if they are delivered with their accessories and/or presentation plate.
